Semester Goal: Medical Product Opportunity Gap

I designed a medical macerator that leverages an underutilized existing disposable bedpan product system to create a compelling and desirable product experience with a focus on touch free use and infection prevention.

The Hydropro+ is a medical macerator for disposable, paper-pulp bedpans. Hydropro+ by Synthicare Solutions is a unique bio-waste disposal solution that is faster, cleaner, safer, and more affordable than conventional patient waste disposal systems found in North American hospitals today.
